Abstract

This item is a mattress equipped with a mechanism for changing the position of a care recipient in a supine position. The part for which design registration is sought, shown in solid lines, is composed of bag-shaped cells arranged on the bottom side of the mattress, as shown in the reference exploded perspective view and the reference view showing the names of each part, and is a part that has the function of changing the position of a care recipient. As shown in Reference Figure 1 showing the usage state, this item has cells corresponding to each part of the body of a care recipient in a supine position, and each cell can be inflated individually. When the cells corresponding to each part on either the left or right half of the body of the care recipient are inflated, each part of the body of the care recipient is lifted individually from below together with the mat, and when the cells are contracted, they return to their original position. The position is changed by operating the cells on only one side or alternately on the left and right. Also, as shown in Reference Figure 2 showing the usage state, this item can be used as a bed device for nursing care, for example, by covering it with a cover and placing it on a bed structure having a reclining function.
