Abstract

This item is attached to the angle irons of the pedestals of a transmission tower to be used as a scaffold for climbing up and down. For safety reasons, transmission towers often have the step bolts and other components used as a scaffold for climbing up and down removed from the pedestals at the bottom of the tower, leaving only the mounting holes, so that outsiders cannot easily climb up and down the tower when not in use. This item (scaffolding fittings) can be easily attached and removed as a scaffold for climbing up and down to towers and other structures that have such mounting holes. The length of the scaffolding portion of this item is 120 mm.
