Abstract

This item is attached to the angle irons of the pedestals of a transmission tower to be used as a scaffold for climbing up and down. For safety reasons, the step bolts and other components that serve as a scaffold for climbing up and down are often removed from the pedestals at the bottom of the tower to prevent outsiders from easily climbing up and down the tower when not in use, leaving only the mounting holes. This item (scaffolding fittings) can be easily attached and removed as a scaffold for climbing up and down to towers and other structures that have such mounting holes.
