Skylight support guide member connector

Abstract

As shown in Reference Figure 1 showing the usage state, this product is a connector for longitudinally connecting guide-like support members of any length that support skylights installed on the roofs of factories, warehouses, etc. As shown in Reference Figures 2(a) and 2(b) showing the usage state, the skylights are supported by guide-like support members of a desired length constructed by longitudinally connecting the guide-like support members. This product has a main body part stored in the guide-like support members as a whole, which is a horizontally elongated, approximately rectangular parallelepiped housing, and a gutter part with a U-shaped cross section extending in a direction perpendicular to the longitudinal direction is formed in the front of the body, and the rear end is folded back to prevent water flowing over the surface of the housing and reaching the front and rear. A hanging part is formed that bends from both ends of a tub part formed in the front of the housing and hangs down vertically, preventing water flowing through the gutter part from entering the inside of the housing.
