Abstract

This product is a breathable body pressure dispersion mattress made by laminating two sheets of polyurethane foam. As shown in the plan view, a plurality of grooves extending in the width direction are provided along the length direction on the surface of the upper highly resilient polyurethane foam, each groove being of the same depth, and the hardness of the surface can be adjusted by the distance between adjacent grooves. The part corresponding to the shoulders and legs is made softer, and the part corresponding to the waist is made slightly harder to firmly support the waist. The surface of the lower soft polyurethane foam is made uneven by profile processing, and the uneven surface is bonded to the back surface of the upper polyurethane foam to improve the breathability inside the mattress. In addition, this product can be cut into a plurality of pieces, for example, 3, 4, or 6 pieces, and used side by side as is, or stored stacked. In addition, this product may be used with a cover on it.
