Abstract

This article relates to a marking ruler used when marking the positions where wiring devices such as switches and outlets will be installed on walls, floors, ceilings, etc. According to the reference diagram of the state of use, this article has a weak part consisting of a through hole at the corner, and the tip of this weak part is formed as a bent part that can be bent by plastic deformation starting from this weak part, and by folding this bent part in advance, when a worker places this article on the floor to work, or when the article is dropped on the floor, the bent part does not come into contact with the floor and floats, so that the worker can easily pick up this article from the floor even when wearing protective gear such as work gloves.
