Abstract

This item is made of plastic material, etc., and is a flat plate-shaped "bird repellent" of a specified thickness made of elastic material that can be expanded by the elastic deformation of a part of the outer ring when assembled and loaded, but returns to a specified shape when unloaded or in standard use. In detail, as shown in the reference diagram, eight legs are protruded outward from the "outer ring" (outer ring), and by grasping and expanding or twisting the "left and right lever parts" that are part of the legs with the hands, the distance (gap) between the "outer opening of the outer ring" and the "inner opening of the inner ring" is expanded, and by attaching it to a "rod or rope" that is a bird's perch, the distance between the legs of a bird that tries to land on the rod or rope is narrowed, making it difficult for the bird's legs or body to enter, and when the bird tries to land on the legs or the outer ring itself, the bird's posture stability is impaired due to balance (rotation by its own weight), making it difficult to land.
