Hollow fiber membrane

Abstract

This article is a hollow fiber membrane that is used in a wastewater treatment module as shown in the "Reference Diagram Showing Usage Examples", and is also used in various fields such as drinking water production or water purification treatment. As shown in the plan view, the enlarged cross-sectional view taken along line A-A, etc., a plurality of convex portions are provided on the cylindrical outer periphery, and further, a concave structure is formed in the convex portions, so that while ensuring the oxygen transfer rate (OTR) in the whole article, the mechanical strength of the membrane can be improved.
