Eave ceiling board

Abstract

This product is a ceiling board material for eaves that is attached to the ceiling of the eaves of a building such as a house. Conventional products are attached using nails, but this product is attached to the ceiling of the eaves using metal fittings and trim, as shown in the reference cross-sectional view showing the installed state. Conventional products are attached using nails, and many wall materials have uneven surfaces on the board material so that the nail heads are not noticeable during installation. However, this product can be installed without nails, as described above, and has a flat surface without unevenness, as shown in the plan view, bottom view, each side view, each enlarged view, enlarged oblique reference figure 1, and enlarged oblique reference figure 2. In the manufacturing process, after joint processing, two-tone painting is applied, and the surface is gravure printed, and then clear painting with colored beads is applied, resulting in a highly designable surface pattern.
