Filter press filter plate

Abstract

The article according to the present design is a filter plate contact plate for a filter press. The filter plate contact plate for a filter press according to the present design (hereinafter referred to as the present article) is provided between the guide portion of the filter plate of the filter press and the sliding surface of the side bar that guides the movement of the filter plate, and prevents wear of the guide portion of the filter plate, and is made of engineering plastics such as ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMW-PE). The present article has a groove into which the lower end of the guide portion of the filter plate is inserted, and the present article is fixed to the guide portion of the filter plate by inserting bolts into the lower end of the guide portion of the filter plate accommodated in the groove and two paired through holes (two through holes h1 in Reference Figure 3 showing the usage state) of four through holes provided on a pair of side walls of the present article. In addition, three guides are provided at intervals on the bottom surface of the present article, and the movement of the filter plate along the side bar is guided by arranging a side bar between two paired guides of the three guides (between two guides g1 and g2 in Reference Figure 2 showing the usage state). In addition, the part between the two guides g1 and g2 wears out as the filter press operates, but since this product is symmetrical and the distances L1 and L2 between the two paired through holes (see Reference Figure 3 showing the state of use and Reference Figure 4 for the single product) are the same length, and the distance between the two guides g1 and g2 and the distance between the two guides g1 and g3 are the same length, this product can be reused by flipping the product left and right and fixing it to the guide part of the filter plate. In other words, by fixing this product to the guide part of the filter plate by inserting bolts through the two paired through holes h2 different from the through hole h1 out of the four through holes, and by placing a side bar between the two guides g1 and g3 out of the three guides, wear of the guide part of the filter plate can be prevented in the same way as before wear.
