Container for packaging

Abstract

This article is a packaging container formed by shaping a sheet-like blank shown in the reference development drawing by a press machine. While the blank shown in the reference development drawing is folded in a mountain fold at the dashed line and in a valley fold at the two-dot chain line, the synthetic resin coating layer provided on the surface of the blank melts by being heated while the blank is pressed during shaping, and the blank is crimped to maintain the shape as a packaging container. Further, after the outer edge of the blank is edge-wound into a substantially circular cross-section, the outer edge is pressed from above and below, and a edge-wound portion having a substantially oval cross-section is formed at the edge of the container, thereby improving the overall strength and stably maintaining the shape of the container. When a lid sheet material for sealing this article is adhered to the edge-wound portion, since a flat portion is formed on the upper surface of the edge-wound portion, the adhesion is improved.
