Abstract

The present article relates to a cap that can be applied to the cap of a plastic-free container. The structure is simple. The present article relates to a bamboo cap that uses bamboo. The bamboo tube is hollow, but utilizes the fiber wall thickness on the skin side, makes incisions, and then presses and fits it on. When making a gently S-shaped incision from the circumferential direction of the bamboo tube, from the outer periphery to the inside, the fibers inside have a gentle texture not visible on the outside. After finishing shaving to the depth of the S shape, the first part that was shaved in closes due to the spring force of the bamboo, and the blade of the thread saw cannot come out. I was surprised by the flexibility of the bamboo fibers and was able to pull it out with appropriate resistance. For paper products, etc., they can firmly fit in to the depth without being forced in, and can be pulled out without difficulty when removing. The container with the bamboo cap attached can have a thin discharge part and shoulder part, and finally can be completely discharged without residue by being crushed.
