Abstract

This article is used when heating and cooking pizza foods such as pizza dough with pizza sauce, ingredients, etc. or frozen pizza using a cooking pot such as a frying pan or a single-handled pot by heating means. It is installed at the bottom of the above cooking pot and consists of a baking body for placing and baking the above pizza food. The above baking body is formed of, for example, a metal material such as an iron material, an aluminum material, a copper material, or an alloy material such as a stainless steel material. Legs are formed on the baking body to be placed on the bottom surface of the cooking pot with a gap. A through notch is formed at the outer edge of the large-diameter outer peripheral portion of the baking body to allow the hot air in the gap to convectively pass upward above the baking body through the gap between the inner side surface of the cooking pot and the outer edge of the baking body. And a through hole is formed in the large-diameter outer peripheral portion of the baking body to allow the hot air in the gap generated by the heating of the cooking pot to convectively pass upward above the baking body. It is a heating and cooking tool for pizza food used when heating and cooking pizza food.
