Abstract

This article is a massager that attaches a pad with an EMS unit to an attachment having a pair of inclined portions that rise from the left and right toward the center, and uses it by placing both feet on the upper surface of the pad so that the ball of both feet is positioned on the inclined portion of the attachment. While the ball of both feet receives stimulation due to the effect of stepping on bamboo poles on the inclined portion of the attachment, the area around the ball of the big toe and the heel of both feet receive stimulation by weak current from the EMS unit of the pad, enabling the improvement of blood circulation in the feet and the exercise of the foot muscles. In addition, this article can also exercise the muscles of the buttocks and thighs by the weak current flowing from the EMS unit of the pad by using only the pad and laying it under the buttocks or thighs.
