Abstract

As shown in the reference drawing 1 showing the state of use, this article is, for example, an article for partitioning an opening between a non-residential space such as a corridor of a house and a residential space such as a living room, and is a suspended partition 10 that can be installed using a suspension pole 11 such as a telescopic pole. The suspended partition 10 is formed of, for example, the same fabric as a curtain installed via a curtain rail on a window or the like in a residential space. Also, as shown in the reference drawing 2 showing the state of use, a bag-shaped tag portion 12 for inserting the suspension pole 11 is formed on the upper end side of the suspended partition 10. Then, when the suspension pole 11 is inserted into the tag portion 12 through the both-end openings of the tag portion 12, the suspended partition 10 is installed in the above opening in a state of being suspended by the suspension pole 11. Most of the suspension pole 11 has a structure that cannot be seen from the front or back of the curtain. Also, as shown in the reference drawings 1 and 2 showing the state of use, the suspended partition 10 is, for example, formed by sewing and attaching two fabrics 15 and 16 with the tag portion 12, a button 13 is sewn on the front surface side of the fabric 15, and a locking portion 14 is sewn on the back surface side of the fabric 15. Then, as shown in the reference drawing 3 showing the state of use, when the occupant hooks the locking portion 14 on the button 13, the fabric 15 of the suspended partition 10 is maintained in a rolled-up state. Note that the dotted line indicates a seam.
