Abstract
(1) The article related to this design is a backpack. In times of emergency such as tsunamis and heavy rains, the backpack can be unfolded and deformed to be worn on the body as a life jacket. (2) The backpack related to this design has a first bag and a second bag inside. In the normal backpack mode, both of them are arranged side by side and stored via the upper edge belt. They are covered by a side-bottom covering belt that covers their sides and bottoms. There is a main body outer skin on the front side of the first bag, and there is also a main body outer skin on the back side of the second bag. Additionally, a pair of shoulder straps is provided on the back side of the second bag. The upper opening of the upper edge belt serves as the upper opening of the backpack. By fastening the upper lid to this upper opening, it forms a substantially rectangular parallelepiped shape in the normal backpack mode. (3) It can be unfolded and deformed from the normal backpack mode to the emergency life jacket mode. Open the fastening between the upper lid and the upper edge belt to open the upper opening. Further, open the fastening of the side-bottom covering belt to expose the sides and bottoms of the first bag and the second bag inside. The first bag and the second bag are in a suspended state connected only by the upper edge belt. Here, by turning the upper edge belt inside out in the so-called "inside out" manner while rotating the first bag and the second bag connected to the upper edge belt 180 degrees and inverting them, the inner surfaces of the first bag and the second bag that were in contact with each other inside now face outward, and the surfaces that were the main body outer skin in the backpack mode face inward, facing each other with a gap between the upper edge belts. (4) When unfolded and deformed into the emergency life jacket mode, the first bag and the second bag have a gap corresponding to the side surfaces of the upper edge belt, and the surfaces that were the main body outer skin in the backpack mode face each other. The gap between the first bag and the second bag becomes a space for accommodating the upper body trunk of the user. Also, since the shoulder straps provided on the main body outer skin of the second bag are located inside this space, the user can put their shoulders through and wear it. The user can stick their head out upward from the opening of the upper edge belt and can be worn on the body just like a life jacket.(5) In the backpack mode, the "shoulder support belt" and the "shoulder support tool" that were hidden on the surface where the first bag and the second bag were adjacent to each other are located on the outer surface side of the first bag and the second bag in the life jacket mode in case of emergency and come out. Therefore, by passing the "shoulder support belt" to support the user's buttocks and shoulders and fastening it through the "shoulder support tool", the user can be supported from below and supported to float in water. Since this "shoulder support belt" is long, it is shown with intermediate omission in the figure. (6) There are buoyancy bodies in a part of the inside of the first bag and the second bag, and the buoyancy required as a life jacket can be provided. There is a space for storing the buoyancy bodies in the first bag and the second bag. (7) As the last step of deploying and deforming in the so-called "inside out" manner into the life jacket mode in case of emergency, from the state where the shoulder straps are housed on the surface of the main body outer skin, the lower fastening part is removed and lifted, passed over the upper side of the upper edge belt and to the outside, and then attached to the lower fastening part again. By doing so, a shoulder clamping part is formed so that the user's shoulders are clamped between the shoulder straps and the upper edge belt. The upper edge belt runs along the user's shoulders, the shoulder straps run along under the user's armpits and abdomen, and can clamp the shoulders, and the buoyancy from the buoyancy bodies can be stably applied to the user. (8) Fasteners are provided at the edges where the first bag and the second bag are in contact with the side bottom covering belt. Also, fasteners are provided at the edges where the upper edge belt and the upper surface lid part are in contact with each other. By opening this fastener, each of the fastened members is detached and opened. Also, fasteners are provided as bag openings in the first bag and the second bag, and by opening this fastener, the fastened bag opening is opened. This fastener is a part other than the part that intends to receive design registration as a partial design, and is drawn with a dotted line in the figure.
