Abstract

This item is A4-sized sticker paper consisting of a sealing surface and a backing paper on its back. It is horizontally divided into three equal parts by two vertical perforations and can be divided into three parts. In the center of each of the three equal parts, there is a label for printing and using information. The four corners of the label are such that the upper left and lower right are at right angles, and the upper right and lower left are rounded. Since the labels that are separated from other areas by cutting lines and can be peeled off are located in the center of each section, there is no need to distinguish the direction when setting them in a printer. As a specific method of use, the information handwritten on the certificate for recipients of disability welfare services is input using dedicated software on an information terminal such as a PC, printed on this item, and then peeled off with the cutting line and pasted on the corresponding page for use. If necessary, it can also be divided by perforations and handed to the recipient. The reason why the upper left and lower right corners of the label peeled off with the cutting line are at right angles is to make it easier to paste it at the fixed position on the corresponding page of the recipient's certificate.
