Abstract

This article is a holder capable of attaching and holding a photographing device or the like to a saddle-ride type vehicle, and is composed of a main body portion to which the photographing device can be connected, an attachment portion capable of fixing the main body portion to the saddle-ride type vehicle, and nuts (including washers). The user bolts the nut and the attachment portion together to attach the main body portion to the saddle-ride type vehicle. Further, the main body portion can be fixed at an arbitrary angle with respect to the attachment portion, whereby the angle of the photographing device can be changed.
