Metal fittings for building structural materials

Abstract

This article is a metal fitting for building structural materials, which is used for a connecting unit that constitutes a node of a building frame structure, as shown in [Reference Drawing 1 showing the usage state]. As shown in [Reference Perspective Drawing 1], the above-mentioned connecting unit includes a node member and a link member that is detachably connected to the above-mentioned node member. As shown in [Reference Perspective Drawing 2], the above-mentioned link member has a pin portion and a locking mechanism including a knob portion provided at one end of the above-mentioned pin portion. As shown in [Reference Perspective Drawing 3], the above-mentioned node member includes a body member and a shoulder member that is detachably fixed to the above-mentioned body member. The above-mentioned shoulder member is provided with an insertion hole into which the above-mentioned pin portion is inserted and a protrusion for locking the above-mentioned pin portion inserted into the above-mentioned insertion hole. The metal fitting for building structural materials of this article is the above-mentioned link member, and the applicant of this design intends to obtain the design of the above-mentioned link member. As shown in [Reference Drawing 2 showing the usage state], according to the above-mentioned connecting unit, by manually operating the above-mentioned knob portion of the above-mentioned link member, the square tube frame fixed to the above-mentioned link portion can be connected to the above-mentioned node portion.
