Abstract

This article is a clip member that is fitted to both ends of a square pipe PI disposed on the lower surface of a shelf board SH of a commodity shelf. This article is an integrally molded product made of synthetic resin and is used for the purpose of locking the square pipe PI to a bracket BR. In the reference diagram showing the usage state, a bracket BR locked to a shelf post PL, two square pipes PI spanned over the bracket BR, and a shelf board SH stably supported by the square pipes PI and the bracket BR are shown for reference. As shown in the reference perspective view, this article is roughly classified into a locking piece 1 locked to the bracket BR and an insertion piece 2 inserted into the square pipe PI. The locking piece 1 is formed in a U-shaped cross section with a base end portion 1a continuous with the insertion piece 2, a flat top portion 1b, and an exposed portion 1c having a downwardly curved surface. The insertion piece 2 is configured such that two protruding bars 2a and 2b having substantially the same vertical height as the vertical height of the inner surface of the square pipe PI protrude in parallel. The two protruding bars 2a and 2b are each connected to a connecting plate 2c on the base end side. In addition, each of the two protruding bars 2a and 2b is formed with a flat hill-shaped raised portion PR and a arrowhead-shaped tip portion TIP that protrude outward, and by fitting these to the left and right inner surfaces of the square pipe PI, this article is fixed to the square pipe PI.
