Abstract
The design for which protection is sought is a buckle for use in jewelry and consists of three variations. - The first model is composed of three parts. A buckle between two of its two ends, the buckle being connected to the two ends by two rectangular inserts. The ends are parallel to each other and perpendicular to the buckle. Each end comprises a D-shaped cylinder with an internal cutout and a C-shaped base for inserting and gripping the end of a cable or a fastener so that a gemstone can be attached. The buckle is in an upside-down U-shape with the lines slightly inclined inward. The upside-down U-shaped structure consists, in addition to the aforementioned rectangular inserts, of inserts that cross two lines at the narrowest part of the U-shape. One end of this penetrating insert is spherical. A stone with a special cut that resembles a ship's sail in an eccentrically symmetric pentagon is inserted into the cavity of the buckle. The cut of the stone consists of a main cut surface and 36 surfaces on both sides. The stone is an eccentrically symmetric pentagon according to its format and is fixed by a fixture extending into the U-shaped buckle structure. - The second model differs from the first model in that stones are laid out in dots on the front of the U-shaped structure, the curved edge surface of the D-shaped cylinder, the front of the rectangular insert, and the spherical end of the insert in the narrow part of the buckle. - The third model differs from the first model in that stones are laid out in dots on the curved edge surface of the D-shaped cylinder and the front of the rectangular insert. 3.1) Perspective view; 3.2) Front view; 3.3) Rear view; 3.4) Plan view; 3.5) Bottom view; 3.6) Right side view; 3.7) Left side view
