Anti-drop fitting

Abstract

The anti-drop fitting related to this article is a fitting used for a heat-insulating support fitting that fixes a pipe to a base through a heat-insulating support material, and is for preventing the support material from shifting and dropping off from the heat-insulating support fitting. Specifically, as shown in the reference diagram representing the usage state, the support fitting surrounds a support material a, which is integrated by passing a pipe (shown by a two-dot chain line) through an internal space a1 and fitting it together vertically, with a U-shaped band b, and inserts bolts b1, b1 at both ends of the U-shaped band b through the base c and fastens and fixes them to the base c with nuts. Thereby, the pipe is supported and fixed to the base c with the support material a interposed therebetween. The anti-drop fitting d has its flat plate portion d1 interposed between the support material a and the base c, inserts the bolts b1, b1 through holes e, e in the flat plate portion d1, and is attached so as to hold the support material a from the front and back with locking piece portions d2, d2 formed to rise from the flat plate portion d1 before and after in the longitudinal direction of the pipe, and is for preventing the support material a from following and dropping off from the U-shaped band b when movement occurs in the longitudinal direction of the pipe.
