Abstract

This article is, for example, a liver skewer for skewering and grilling the liver of cows, pigs, etc. for eating. The liver tends to become hard when overheated during cooking, resulting in a poor texture and taste. However, as shown in the reference perspective view, by processing the liver as one lump of meat and directly skewering it, the heating state of the entire liver is likely to become uniform, and a delicious grilled finish can be achieved without overheating the center part of the liver. On the other hand, in the conventional block-shaped liver skewers with multiple pieces, there was a problem that the sizes of the pieces were uneven for each piece, making it difficult to achieve uniform grilling.
