Abstract
This article is a split yoke that constitutes the yoke of a joystick device for operating, for example, the arm of an excavator. Two such split yokes are combined to form a yoke portion. As shown in the reference exploded perspective view, a joystick device using such a split yoke is such that the operating lever 100 can be tilted and rotated in a first direction and a second direction orthogonal to the first direction. The operating lever, the operating lever 100 is provided with a first operating shaft 120 that allows the operating lever to be tilted and rotated in the first direction, and a second operating shaft 600 that allows the operating lever 100 to be tilted and rotated in the second direction. The first operating shaft 120 is provided on the operating lever 100, and the second operating shaft 600 is attached to the yoke portion that sandwiches the first operating shaft 120. The yoke portion is a combination of two split yokes 510A and 510B of the same shape. The second operating shaft 600 also has the function of connecting the two split yokes 510A and 510B. When the second operating shaft 600 is attached to each of the split yokes 510A and 510B in the state where the two split yokes 510A and 510B are combined, the split yokes 510A and 510B are connected. The ball portion 110 provided at the base end portion of the operating lever 100 shown in the reference exploded perspective view is penetrated by the first operating shaft 120. The case base 300 supports a flange bush 630 externally fitted to the second operating shaft 600. The case cover 330 is connected to the case base 300 with bolts 340 in a state of passing through the operating lever 100. The compression spring 370 applies a restoring force to the operating lever 100 to return to the neutral position. The boot 390 is for preventing dust and the like from adhering to the yoke portion and the compression spring 370 above it in order to reliably protect the operation of the joystick device.
