Decorative Cover for Piping Inside Clean Room

Abstract

When this article is installed by inserting various pipes through, for example, the ceiling or floor of a clean room, it closes the gap generated between the through-opening and the pipe. For example, a ring-shaped member made of a foamed synthetic resin material is applied to the through-opening, and the ring-shaped member is fixed by screwing a donut-shaped support material. At the same time, an airtight state is maintained by filling a sealing material into the gap, and the through-opening is concealed decoratively.
