This article is a health device that can also be used as a chair. The bottom surface of this article is curved and in an unstable state, and by intentionally creating a situation where the user sitting on the seat surface needs to balance, it is expected to have the effect of correcting the user's posture or exercising the user's torso. In addition, this article can switch between a state where the seat surface is fixed and a state where the seat surface is made free without being fixed by operating a switching lever provided on the lower side of the seat surface. In the state where the seat surface is made free without being fixed, when the user sits and applies a load to the seat surface, it gently sinks due to the action of an air damper provided inside the central axis, and when the user raises their waist from the seat surface, it gently extends due to the action of a spring provided inside the central axis and the seat surface rises. By using this gently changing up and down action, it becomes possible to assist in squats.
