Deck plate

Abstract

The article according to the present design is a deck plate for constructing concrete slabs such as floor slabs and roof slabs of buildings, and a finishing material is attached to the lower surface of a metal base (steel plate) with a predetermined area forming the deck plate. As shown in the reference perspective view, the article according to the present design is spanned between steel shapes or formworks as a driving type formwork that does not require disassembly, and concrete is placed on its upper surface with a predetermined covering dimension. Also, it functions as a formwork during concrete placement, and after the concrete hardens, it is used as a deck plate for a composite slab as a structural member that becomes integral with the concrete and bears tensile stress. Furthermore, the article according to the present design is also used as a deck plate for a flat deck with a substantially flat upper surface that is not calculated to bear tensile stress as a structural member. The article according to the present design has end closure processing in which the reinforcing ribs and engaging ribs at both ends in the longitudinal direction are crushed and closed in the vertical direction. When the article according to the present design is used as a deck plate for a composite slab, it is used side by side between steel frame beams such as H-shaped steel or formworks. When the article according to the present design is used as a deck plate for a flat deck, the end closure processed portions at both ends thereof are spanned between steel frame beams or formworks and used.
