Abstract

The product of the present design is intended to mount a POS (Point of Sale) rail and is installed at the front end of a shelf of a product display shelf. As shown in Reference Usage Diagrams 1 to 3, the product can be installed in three ways, depending on whether or not the lower locking piece of the POS rail is present. However, Reference Usage Diagram 3 shows the product installed upside down on the shelf. The product is an assembly of two components: a parent and a child. The parent component has four locking holes formed at a predetermined pitch in the vertical direction, and the child component has locking protrusions formed on it that lock into the locking holes. By changing the locking position, the shelf clamping dimension can be adjusted to four levels, making it compatible with shelf thicknesses of 15mm to 30mm. Reference Usage State Diagram 4 shows the state in which the locking protrusion of the sub-part is locked into the top locking hole of the parent part, Reference Usage State Diagram 5 shows the state in which the locking protrusion of the sub-part is locked into the second locking hole from the top of the parent part, Reference Usage State Diagram 6 shows the state in which the locking protrusion of the sub-part is locked into the third locking hole from the top of the parent part, and Reference Usage State Diagram 7 shows the state in which the locking protrusion of the sub-part is locked into the fourth locking hole from the top of the parent part. The locking between the locking hole and the locking protrusion can be released by lifting the tongue-shaped piece extending diagonally downward in the center of the sub-part toward the front, and then the sub-item can be slid up or down to change to another locking position. In addition to the four-stage clamping adjustment, the subject item also has two elastic pieces on the sub-part that allow it to clamp shelf boards without any play, even if the thickness of the shelf board changes (Reference Usage State Diagrams 8 and 9). Reference Figures 1 and 3 are intended to indicate the positions of the DD and EE cutting lines, with Reference Figure 1 being a rear view and Reference Figure 3 being a view showing the locking protrusion of the child part locked into the fourth locking hole from the top of the parent part. Reference Figure 2 is a DD cross-sectional view and Reference Figure 4 is an EE cross-sectional view. In Reference Figure 4, the fourth locking hole of the parent part does not have a support on the bottom, but instead a retaining tab on the backside positions the bottom end.
