Abstract

The article to which this design relates is a hook remover. This hook remover is composed of a generally conical hook remover and a handle with a storage function that stores the hook remover and functions as a handle when the hook remover is in use. The tip of the hook remover is inserted into the mouth of a fish that has been hooked, and the tip is then rotated (turned) multiple times so that the line connected to the hook is wrapped around the outer surface of the tip, and the tip of the hook remover is then pulled out of the fish's mouth, removing the hook.
