Abstract

The design of the present application is a diaphragm pump that transfers fluid by reciprocating a rod with diaphragms attached to both ends using compressed air. The product has diaphragms in left and right casings connected via an air valve with a built-in spool. Compressed air is supplied through an air supply port and exhausted through an exhaust port. Fluid is drawn in through an intake port of the in-manifold and discharged through an outlet port of the out-manifold. Compared to the present design, the related design of the present application changes the left and right vertical ribs on the cylindrical portion of the upper out-manifold to be annularly mounted around the entire surface, and newly adds horizontal annular ribs to the left and right hemispherical portions below the cylindrical portion, enlarging and reinforcing the joints between the cylindrical portion of the out-manifold located above the air valve and the lower left and right hemispherical portions.
