Sealing material

Abstract

This article is a sealing member that is disposed at the tip of a cover member in a telescopic cover so as to seal the gap between the cover members. As shown in the reference perspective view illustrating the function of each part, this article includes a support plate and a sealing layer that is fixed to cover the periphery of the support plate. The support plate and the sealing layer are fixed with an adhesive or the like. As shown in the reference view illustrating the state of use, the sealing layer is fixed to the support plate and is disposed so as to contact another telescopic cover. As shown in the enlarged plan view, the sealing layer is a cut pile layer that includes a large number of pile yarns.
