Abstract

This article is a training device for training by applying a load from a load unit to a user. The main components of this training device, as seen in the "front view," are a bench unit disposed at the front lower center of a frame unit, a pair of left and right grip units protruding upward from the rear upper position of the frame unit, and a pair of left and right load units swingably suspended from the rear upper center position of the frame unit. The load units have detachable weights attached to one end of their swinging arms, allowing the load from the load units to be changed. As shown in the "reference diagram showing the state of use," a user sitting on the bench unit, holding the grip units, and repeatedly opening and closing their knees while abutting the outer (or inner) sides of each leg (thigh and / or knee) against the leg abutments protruding from one end of the swinging arm of the load units, thereby receiving the load from the load units.
