Abstract

The building in question is an opening associated with various fixtures, such as sliding doors and hinged doors, in a residential room (see the enlarged views of C-C' and D-D'). At the bottom of the vertical frame of the wall opening, a baseboard of the same shape as the wall surface is installed on the wall side, and at the bottom of the opening side, a trim (thin plate; see the enlarged right side views of A-A' and B-B' and the enlarged views of C-C' and D-D') with the same height as the baseboard appears on the wall surface is installed. This configuration allows for the creation of a building that serves as an aesthetically pleasing opening in a residential building.
