Abstract

As shown in Reference Figures 1 and 2, this product is inserted into the frame groove of a wheel conveyor and positioned to prevent reverse movement. It acts as a stopper that allows conveyed materials to pass forward while preventing reverse movement. Specifically, as shown in Reference Figures 3 and 4, which show the state of use, conveyed materials flowing forward ride on the wheel located in the center of the product, pushing down the resin stopper from the front and passing through. Reverse movement is prevented by striking the back of the resin stopper. The resin stopper is designed so that the weight of the triangular base increases, automatically raising the upper end around a horizontal pin. The frame edges on both sides of the product have notches, allowing for easy removal by inserting a rod-shaped tool such as a screwdriver. The through holes (female threads) shown in the plan view and bottom view are used to screw in bolt members such as hex bolts, and as the bolt members are screwed in, the tip of the bolt member hits the bottom surface of the wheel conveyor frame, creating a reaction force that positions and fixes the item to the wheel conveyor.
