Bone density measuring machine

Abstract

This device is a bone densitometer that irradiates X-rays on a subject to measure the bone density of a target bone in the subject. The target bone is the lumbar vertebrae, femur, etc. This device has a lower part that houses an X-ray generator and an upper part that houses an X-ray detector. When measuring bone density, this device is used together with a table on which the subject rests, and the lower part is inserted under the table.
