Roaster drum

Abstract

The article of the design is a drum for a roaster, which is composed of a circular cylinder having multiple holes arranged in a row at regular intervals of 2 to 5 mm and multiple horizontally supported stirring plates inside, and a first circular lid with a bottom and a second circular lid of the same shape (cylindrical closing surface) integrally attached to the cylinder with the openings of the two lids facing each other from the left and right. The circular lid is a shallow, bottomed cylinder with a bolt in the center held horizontally in the length direction, and the outer bolt has a spacer and bearings fixed with nuts on both ends. The side surfaces of the first and second circular lids (surfaces closing the square cylinder) have rows of holes with diameters of 2 to 5 mm arranged at regular intervals, and the second circular lid has a hole for adding raw materials and a roughly fan-shaped sliding lid.
