Abstract

This cutting board has a handle, a stand, a draining section, and the like. When viewed from above, this cutting board has a handle consisting of a substantially circular hole at the bottom left. It also has a stand at the bottom right. As shown in the reference perspective view, the cutting board can be stored upright by rotating the stand perpendicular to the plane of the cutting board. This cutting board also has a groove formed as a draining section. When viewed from above, the groove is formed along the entire periphery of the cutting board, and is open toward the bottom edge of the cutting board. The draining section allows moisture from ingredients to drain out of the cutting board.
