Abstract

As shown in the [Reference Diagram Showing the Use State], this product is a formwork plate installed at a location where concrete is poured, and is used by connecting the plates vertically or widthwise. The product is composed of multiple reinforcing and connecting battens on one side of the plate body. The multiple battens include upper and lower horizontal battens. The upper horizontal battens are located on the upper side of the plate body and are provided as a pair on the left and right extending in the width direction of the plate. The lower horizontal battens are similarly located on the lower side of the plate body and are provided as a pair on the left and right extending in the width direction of the plate. An insertion space is formed between each pair of upper and lower horizontal battens, and the widthwise positions of both insertion spaces are set to be the same. When connecting formwork vertically, support rods are simultaneously inserted into the upper and lower insertion spaces and secured to the vertical battens with fasteners such as bolts. This fixation securely maintains the relative positions of adjacent formwork, improving connection strength and suppressing deformation during concrete pouring.
