Abstract

As shown in the reference diagrams showing the names of each part and the reference diagram showing the device in use, this device is a multi-purpose training machine that combines a Smith machine and a cable machine mounted on a rack structure that forms a training space. The Smith machine is a training machine in which the trainee moves a barbell bar up and down along a track along a pair of left and right guide rails to which the barbell bar is connected. The cable machine is a training machine in which the weight stack is freely adjustable to suit the trainee, and the trainee uses multiple pulleys and wire cables to pull on a weighted single handle, lat pulldown handle, or rowing handle. This device is equipped with a pull-up bar and a wide chin-up bar, allowing the trainee to perform exercises such as pull-ups. The J-hook included in this device is a hook member on which the trainee places a barbell used for squats and other exercises. As shown in the reference diagram showing the device in use, when the trainee holds a barbell placed on the J-hook and performs squats or bench presses, the movements are performed in the area between the two supports, one on each side, in front of and one on the back. Therefore, even if the trainee suddenly loses balance forward or backward, the supports will support them, reducing the risk of injury.
