Bread kneading board

Abstract

This item is a bread kneading board (pastry board), on whose surface the mixed bread ingredients are kneaded to form dough. It is a work surface that ensures a clean working environment and promotes efficiency. This item is made of heavy artificial marble or similar material to ensure stability when kneading flour, and has non-slip rubber feet on the bottom (perspective view from the back and enlarged partial perspective view from the back). The entire left and right sides (short sides) have long grooves that make it easy to hook your fingers. These grooves make it easy to lift the front part of the board, and even a heavy board can be easily moved to adjust the working position (reference diagram showing the board in use).
