Solar panel mounting bracket

Abstract

This item is a steel fixing bracket that forms part of a mounting bracket for mounting solar panels (photovoltaic panels). The item is made of a rectangular steel plate that is 150 mm long, 160 mm wide, and 4 mm thick. As shown in the reference diagram showing the structure, on the left side when viewed from the front, there are five bolt holes formed diagonally above and below for connecting diagonal braces (diagonal members) with fastening bolts, and on the right side when viewed from the front, there are two bolt holes formed above and below for attaching this fixing bracket to the support column with fastening bolts. As shown in Reference Diagrams 1 to 3 showing the usage state, this item is used to attach diagonal braces (diagonal members) extending from the vertical beam to the support column, and by changing the bolt holes for attaching the diagonal braces (diagonal members) with fastening bolts, the angle of the vertical beam relative to the support column can be adjusted.
