Caster wheels

Abstract

This article is a wheel for a caster that enables the movement of objects, and is a wheel used in a so-called twin-wheel caster in which the center portion of the axle connecting the two wheels is held by a holder. As shown in the perspective view, rear view, cross-sectional view along line AA, line BB, and line CC, this caster wheel has multiple reinforcing ribs in a complex configuration on the back surface of the wheel, from the outer circumferential surface of the bearing portion into which the axle is inserted, through the back surface, and extending to the back side of the ground contact surface. In particular, the reinforcing ribs around the bearing portion have a honeycomb structure.
