Abstract

This hanging device has a fixed plate and a hook portion joined to the fixed plate. The fixed plate has four holes for the hanging device, positioned symmetrically on the left and right, and the user can reverse the opening of the hook portion by flipping the orientation of the fixed plate left and right. When using the hanging device, the fixed plate is fixed to the underside of a wall-mounted mailbox or the like using fasteners such as bolts and nuts. The user can hang an umbrella or other object on the rod-shaped portion of the hook portion that extends left and right.
