Sperm collection device

Abstract

The sperm collection device, which is the article relating to the present design, is a means of collecting sperm from men based on the demands of medical research and treatment, as well as social demands such as the prevention of sexual offenses. As shown in the reference front view showing the constituent members, the sperm collection device comprises a gel-like body made of a flexible resin such as a gel-like material or elastomer, a frame (first frame, second frame) attached to the outer surface of the gel-like body and having greater flexibility than the gel-like body, and a pressing member (first pressing member, second pressing member) attached to the outer surface of the body avoiding the frame and made of a resin thin plate that is harder than the gel-like body. An insertion opening for the penis is provided at one end of the gel-like body located on the lower side of the cross-sectional view shown by line AA, and an insertion cavity is provided into which the penis is inserted from the insertion opening toward the inner depth. As shown in the reference figure showing the cross-section of the gel-like body, the gel-like body is cut along a notch from the other end to just before the one end, and a first opening / closing piece and a second opening / closing piece are provided connected at the one end. The first and second opening / closing pieces are freely openable and closable along the opening / closing directions indicated by arrows in the reference front view showing the constituent members. As shown in the reference diagram showing the gel-like body with the first frame attached, the first frame is attached to the outer surface of the first opening / closing piece, and the first pressing member is attached to the outer surface of the first opening / closing piece that avoids the first frame. As shown in the reference diagram showing the gel-like body with the second frame attached, the second frame is attached to the outer surface of the second opening / closing piece, and the second pressing member is attached to the outer surface of the second opening / closing piece that avoids the second frame. When using the sperm collection device, the penis is inserted into the insertion cavity of the gel-like body, and the sperm collection device is moved back and forth along the longitudinal direction of the penis. The penis is stimulated by friction between it and the inner surface of the gel-like body. The stimulation applied to the penis can be changed by deforming the frame or pressing the pressing member during the back-and-forth movement of the sperm collection device. As shown in the reference diagram illustrating the open state, after use of the sperm collection device, the first and second opening / closing pieces are separated to form an open state, allowing the device to be cleaned and dried.
