Anti-slip devices for home appliances

Abstract

This product is an anti-slip device for home appliances, such as microwave ovens, that is placed over the legs to prevent slipping and vibration. The material used is, for example, silicone with a hardness of 20 or 30. Alternatively, it can be a high-performance thermoplastic elastomer compound made of styrene-based block copolymer. An ultra-low hardness type is used, with a hardness of approximately 8 to 10. Because it uses such an ultra-soft material, it can be stretched to fit various shapes and sizes of legs. The recess on the inner bottom surface is there to stabilize the product when the legs are thin, as the top tends to become loose in that position.
