Abstract

This item is a metal (e.g., stainless steel) potato sprout remover with a ring pull opening function. It can be used to remove the sprouts from potatoes by pinching the top when viewed from the front and using the tip of the bifurcated lower section. The tip of the bifurcated lower section can also be used to open a ring pull. When held upside down, the rounded part of the head can be used to scrape the pith from bitter melon. If a hole is made in the head, for example as shown by the dashed line, it can also be used as a keychain. The bifurcated lower section is designed to be easy for both left-handed and right-handed users to use.
