Abstract

This product relates to a car sunshade that can cope with the rise in temperature inside a car, preventing the driver from becoming ill upon entering a parked car in high temperatures under the blazing sun. The structure is simple; in short, it involves attaching another roof to the car's roof with a gap. The upper roof gets hot from direct sunlight, but the lower roof with the gap is not directly exposed to the sun, so the perceived temperature inside the car is reduced. It is efficient even with the air conditioner on and is good for fuel economy. It covers the car's roof completely, like a square frying pan or egg pan. The corners are rounded to follow the curve of the car's roof, and the front and rear sides are also rounded to add strength. It can be manufactured by press-forming a single sheet of metal.
