Packaging containers

Abstract

This article is a packaging container made of thermoplastic resin, or a mixture of thermoplastic resin, pulp, talc, and bioplastics, for packaging food products such as prepared meals and bento boxes sold in supermarkets and convenience stores. This article comprises a partition formed within a storage section for containing the contents of the food product, and a flat flange located at the upper end of the storage section. The parts for which design registration is sought are the upper end portion of the partition and the central portion of the flange around its entire circumference. As shown in the enlarged end view of the reference section, the upper end portion of the partition is positioned lower than the flange. The height difference between the upper end portion of the partition and the flange may be as small as 1 mm.
