Abstract

This image displays information to assist plant operators in manually operating a dryer (rotary kiln) used to heat and dry aggregate in an asphalt plant, assisting them in adjusting the burner opening. As shown in the reference diagram illustrating the usage state, the top of the screen displays the recommended burner opening based on data to bring the aggregate discharged from the dryer to the set temperature, and the current burner opening, side by side. In the center of the image, a graph is displayed showing the time-dependent changes in, for example, the set temperature, the temperature of the aggregate discharged from the dryer, and the current burner opening. At the bottom of the screen, a pull-down menu is displayed for selecting operating conditions according to the weather conditions of the day. The left side of the screen displays the operation menu.
