Tilting-drum concrete mixer

Abstract

This product is a tilting-drum type concrete mixer for mixing concrete and mortar materials (cement, water, and aggregates such as gravel and sand). Specifically, as shown in Reference Figure 1, which shows the state of use, this product mixes the materials inside the mixer drum by rotating it while tilted so that the opening is angled upwards, and then, as shown in Reference Figure 2, which shows the state of use, the mixed material is discharged from the mixer drum by tilting the mixer drum so that the opening is angled downwards. Here, as shown in Reference Figure 2, when the mixed material is discharged from the mixer drum, there is no frame supporting the mixer drum on the lower front side (right side in the figure) of the mixer drum, so it is possible to insert a mixing tub (a container for receiving the mixed material) directly below the mixer drum.
